We invite you to bask in the warm Florida sun and get your daily dose of vitamin sea at You Are My Sunshine, our Panama City Beach vacation rental. A short 5-minute stroll to one of the “world’s most beautiful beaches,” this pet-friendly 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath corner townhome comfortably sleeps up to six guests with parking right outside the front door – no worrying about lugging heavy bags across vast parking garages, waiting for elevators or navigating stairs. Enjoy the privacy of a low-density complex, the convenience of a central location, and luxurious comforts of a resort, all in your own private home.
The Space
Located just off Front Beach Road, between Thomas Drive and Pier Park, you’ll be close to the action but far enough from the commotion for a peaceful night’s sleep. With the community pool just a few feet from the back door and white sandy beaches across the street (Public Access #45), there’s no shortage of fun in the sun.
Aesthetically, function-meets-style in this home with modern upgrades, like LVP flooring, bright white kitchen and bathrooms, and lavish touches of gold. Midcentury modern furnishings seamlessly blend with boho accents to infuse warmth and character, for a true home away from home.

THE FINE PRINT:
- All reservations require a $1,000 deposit. This amount is not considered as part of your total, but due before access to home is granted. The deposit will be refunded once the townhouse is cleared of any damage.
- This property requires the PRIMARY RENTER to be at least 25 years of age and a guest on the reservation
- This property has a doorbell camera
- Pet-related rules:
- MAX 2 pets per stay, up to 50 lbs each
- Please use the provided waterproof blanket if dogs will be on furniture
- Dogs MUST BE LEASHED at all times when outdoors
- Pets are NOT allowed out the back door in the Pool area
- You MUST pick up after your pet and properly dispose of waste in dumpster
